A：Purchases of the pouch will be limited to one for each type per person to allow as many people as possible to enjoy shopping.

A：Our online ordering system will ask for your name, address, and phone number. Name and address must be filled in English.

Q：When will my order ship and when will it arrive?
A：We ship your order by air within five business days.
The estimated shipping time is about a week from the day of shipment, but some areas may take longer due to COVID-19.

Q：Where can I pre-register?
A：You can’t pre-register before the online shop starts.
After the online shop begins, please order and fulfill the necessary information.

Q：What payment methods are accepted?

Q：Do I have to pay customs and import taxes?
A：Yes, you are responsible for paying customs and taxes other than product price and shipping fee.
