Q:When will the shop go on sale?
A.:It is going to start at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 29.

Q:Is there any limit on the number of items available per person?
A:Purchases of the pouch will be limited to one for each type per person to allow as many people as possible to enjoy shopping.

Q:What information should I input when ordering?
A:Our online ordering system will ask for your name, address, and phone number. Name and address must be filled in English.

Q:When will my order ship and when will it arrive?
A:We ship your order by air within five business days.
The estimated shipping time is about a week from the day of shipment, but some areas may take longer due to COVID-19.

Q:Where can I pre-register?
A:You can’t pre-register before the online shop starts.
After the online shop begins, please order and fulfill the necessary information.

Q:What payment methods are accepted?
A:We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

Q:Do I have to pay customs and import taxes?
A:Yes, you are responsible for paying customs and taxes other than product price and shipping fee.
